I had been practicing yoga in various centres both online and offline.. But Mr Mohanraj is whom I consider my yoga guru..! The way he makes us flex the body gradually but steadily is amazing. I was able to do asanas which otherwise I was unable to do confidently.
There are times where I have practiced even at nights trying to push my limits, thus are his training. He makes you understand that your body is potential and want to explore more always.
If you are a beginner especially, learn the basics in the right way from him. Yoga with Mohan is the best place to practice daily.

Why should I choose you as my yoga trainer?For my extensive experience, I have been teaching yoga for almost a decade. Do I need to be flexible to join your classes?There is a misconception that only flexible people are doing yoga well or can join yoga. Flexibility is just one aspect of practicing asanas which can be achieved through consistency of practice. to start with any form of yoga. So no.

What are the disadvantages of online yoga classes?Physical presence the teacher and the other practitioner which will help the mind of the beginner to get into the practice automatically. Having privacy of practice.

Do I need prior yoga experience to join your classes?If you don't have any prior experience to hatha yoga you can join the beginner classes. Once you finish the beginner classes for a month you can start with the regular classes.

Why are the advantages of online classes?Doing the practice from one's house will save lot time especially for people who are busy throughout the day.

What types of yoga do you offer?I offer hatha yoga classes which is more aligned towards the Sivananda yoga. Every class will involve asanas, pranayama and relaxation to energize body and mind.

How can I pay for your classes?You can pay online through UPI or through card payments.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
